Array Networks has assembled a diverse management team consisting of successful and seasoned security, networking, and Internet professionals.

	Michael Zhao - President & CEO Dr. Zhao brings to Array Networks more than 20 years worth of experience in executive roles at Internet infrastructure and systems integration companies. Most recently, Michael was founder and COO of AsiaInfo – a $500M systems integration company he led to a Nasdaq IPO. He is considered a major industry leader throughout Asia and holds a Ph.D. in Engineering from State University of New York at Buffalo and an MBA from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey.
	Dr. Nai-Ting Hsu - Vice President of Engineering & CTO Dr. Hsu boasts extensive management and product development experience in the areas of security, networking, and Web content delivery. Nai-Ting was CTO of WatchGuard, responsible for long-term strategy and product development. He was also CTO & VP of Engineering at Network Physics and Senior VP of Engineering at Cacheflow. Dr. Hsu established the networking business unit at SGI and was an integral part of the development team at BBN for ARPAnet, the predecessor of today's Internet. Nai-Ting received his BS in Electrical Engineering from the National Chiao Tung University in Taiwan, and his MA and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
	Sunil Cherian- Vice President Product Marketing Mr. Cherian brings over 15 years experience in networking to his position as VP of Product Marketing at Array Networks. A member of the founding team at Array, Cherian has served as Sr. Director of Product Management, and Director of Engineering at Array. Previously, Cherian served as senior architect for Alteon WebSystems where he was responsible for several layer 4-7 technologies. Prior to Alteon, Cherian worked with Lucent, Octel and VMX. Cherian holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from College of Engineering, Trivandrum, India, and a Masters in Computer Science from the State University of New York, Albany, NY.
	Bhanu Panda - Vice President of APAC/EMEA Sales & Business Development Mr. Panda brings to Array Networks over 15 years of experience in the computer networking industry. Prior to joining the Array Networks executive team, Bhanu led the Global Services organization at Nexsi Systems and held senior management positions at successful startups including Alteon Websystems and Auspex Systems. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Punjab University (India) and a MS in Computer Science from Jackson State University.
	Fara Zarrabi - Vice President of Operations Fara Zarrabi has over 25 years of high-tech operations experience. Fara joins Array Networks from NetEnrich, a virtual private management company, where he was VPof Operations and Customer Service. Prior to NetEnrich, Fara was VP of Operations at SonicWALL, and prior to SonicWALL, Fara was at Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories, Inc., an enterprise software company in the CTI industry, where he was VP of Operations. In addition, prior to Genesys Telecommunications, Fara was the Director of Operations at Network Appliance, Inc. and has held a variety of positions in operations at Apple Computer and Kaiser Electronics. Fara holds a B.S. in Electronic Engineering.
	Sameena Ahmed - Vice President of Finance Ms. Ahmed is responsible for worldwide financial accounting, reporting, human resources, legal and corporate administration at Array. She is also primarily responsible for budgeting and providing direct financial support to the company's business functions. She brings over 15 years of experience in finance and cost control. Prior to joining Array Networks, Sameena held senior management positions at Optical Microwave Networks, a subsidiary of MTI, a publicly traded Company in Taiwan. She holds a Masters Degree in Business Adminsitration from University of Madras, India, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
